We also have priority state for tickets but enabling that disables priority sort for milestones. It's an either/or situation.

All individuals watching a ticket will get email updates on comments not made by themselves as long as they don't have their notifications turned off at the profile level. So I think that covers your question about sending an issue back to the creator with comment.

We don't currently have an estimation system for tickets, but we are working on integrating a points system for tickets in our next version deploy. No scheduled date for that has been set yet.

You can do saved search bins to create the quicklinks you are describing. For example, search for
responsible:fred
will bring up all tickets assigned to Fred. Save and share that search bin and it will appear in the right column for the entire project. The following knowledge base article will give you a bit more detail - http://help.lighthouseapp.com/faqs/getting-started/how-do-i-search-....

Not sure what you mean by conversation track in overview, but we do show who did what to the ticket last in the project overview.

If you are on trial you have access to all features without restriction. We do have a new version we're working on now, but like I said, we don't have a deploy date set.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks,
