Navigation isn't very clear

Hi, as a new user, I've found the navigation to be oddly difficult to follow. After acclimatising myself I'm starting to get the hang of it, but in the last three days I've spent a lot of time trying to hunt down where I saw this or that option. The nav all makes perfect sense when I finally find it, but just getting there is oddly difficult.

While possibly a different nav layout would help, I think it'd be great to have an illustrated reference page in the knowledge base, along the lines of "click this series of links to find these options".

    Brilliant! FWIW our company (most of us working remotely) have been keeping an eye out for a simple task tracker to replace our system of longwinded email/chat/phone conversations for a while, and Lighthouse looks like it's basically going to streamline our workflow with practically zero administrative overhead, de-stress all the staff considerably, and probably solve world hunger. So thanks!
