Low visibility of ticket priority.

I was going to write about how the only place I can see a ticket's priority is on the select input used to set it. It doesn't have a column in any of the places tickets are labeled, but then I noticed the colored dots were actually the priority. For some reason I always though that corresponded with the ticket state. Maybe a label or a legend somewhere might make that a bit more obvious to other users. I might also just be really dense.

    Oh, and being able to sort by priority... that's what I'm really missing.
