Hi Guys,

I like setting up my projects and all the tickets at the start.

I think it would be ideal to have a import tickets feature where each comma indicates a certain ticket attribute.

eg. Ticket name, Milestone, Assigned to persons email address, State, Tags separated by "-"

This way i can quickly import say 20 tickets with the relevant assignees without too much fuss.

One by one at the moment is too annoying.

Cheers,

Arnold

There are a few importing tool using the API that I've seen on GitHub. Ideally the API is the best route to go, but if you're importing something custom you'll have to hack that out on your own.

In the future we hope to provide some officially supported tools for importing.

    Thanks.

Could you please point me to the direction of the API?
