attachments on emails when starting a ticket

i have searched the discussions and found at least three references(*) to this, many of which are 1 or 2+ years old. however, i am surprised that this feature is not working. (or is it just me?) some of these are even offering to pay more per month, etc.

it is a critical feature for us that attachments to emails be included in the creation of a ticket (via email). i think we may have to abandon lighthouse as an option, if only cuz our boss pretty much will only create tickets via email and is notorious for attaching screengrabs. (often useful ones, mind you.)

one problem mentioned in these threads is the amount of "noise" attachments that show up (logos from signatures, etc). i agree this is likely a problem, but: (1) i think the benefits far outweigh the problem; (2) perhaps an option to (globally to project) ignore attachments on incoming emails could be presented for those who disagree with #1; and (3) this already happens all the time in our internal mail app, and people have learned to not care. :)

please consider enabling attachments if at all possible. i really like what i have seen with lighthouse so far and would like to recommend it as a product we use.

thanks,
-jon

Hey Jon. The feature isn't currently implemented yet in Lighthouse. We have the code, it's just a matter of porting it over to Tender and adding some additional stuff to our server. We hope to implement it in the near future.
