"Hold" Status of Tickets

Once a ticket is marked in "Hold" status it goes away from all the views (i.e. not in Open or Resolved). Can a view and summary count be added for all the ticket status so that they can quickly be viewed and accessed?

    You should be able to add state:"hold" to the search, then save it as a ticket bin so you have a view that includes just that particular state, or multiple states including hold.
