Anything for an OSS project?

This software appears to be really good, really cool, and exactly what we're looking for.

BUT, I work on an open-source project that makes $0, and will likely continue to make $0. So, I have two questions:

1) Are there any plans that have 1 project that allows the public to submit bugs to it?

2) The least expensive plan that supports "public projects" (which I assume is what I need to allow non-core developers to submit bugs) is $24/mo, which adds up to a fair amount over time for a project that has a $0 income. Are there any special deals that a free, open-source project can get?

Thanks!

Users are usually more than willing to donate to the projects they use...I actually opened up donations to anticipate lighthouse and a few other things we spoke about spending money on.

I'm sure the AR crew will work out something to be more OSS friendly in time, since I know it's a community they are largely apart of.

I would love to, but we're still evaluating what impact this would have. I'm thinking of limiting public plans based on the number of monthly ticket updates or something. Should a big project like Rails be able to score a public account for $10/mo? It gets some hefty traffic. Course, on the flipside, there are a _lot_more projects that don't get nearly the same volume. We took a very cautious approach for launch, but I anticipate we'll open things up in the future.
