Create Open links in new windows option in preferences
Hello,
I find it very useful to have external links in the ticket to open in a new tab or window. I came across following discussion:

I realize that some users might find this thing to be very bothersome. However, there are some users (such as myself) who would love to have "External" links open in a new window. It would be great if there was an option I could set that would do that. You can keep the default to not do this so that it doesn't bother existing users.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

Hey Myron. Thanks for the suggestion. It's been in constant debate since the birth of LH. It's very possible it could become an option in the near future. Thanks for the feedback.
