Global Notify/Watch Assignment
I'd very much like the option of notifying multiple people once a ticket was created (and assign them to watch it) without having to assign and re-assign it to each. Could checkboxes for people I'd like to notify (upon creation) be made available?
Similarly, would it be possible to have a list of email addresses (in the admin) that are always notified whenever any ticket is created?

We're planning on beefing up the message and ticket notification interfaces (the backend work to do it is complete, just need to finish the UI).

This feature would be great. A notification for a bunch of peoples would give us the ability to have simple project planning tool.
