Adding watchers when creating a ticket via email
http://help.lighthouseapp.com/faqs/ticket-workflow/ticket-keyword-u... has everything I need except setting the watchers
http://help.lighthouseapp.com/discussions/questions/252-email-notif... says you can do it from the api
Is there a way I can do this via email? The use case is the same as in the web api; I select the relevant people on the team to be notified about tickets so that the people that have an email-centric workflow stay in the loop. Without email support for this, I have to go in to the web API, add 'em, and "bump" the ticket.

We can probably add a
watchcommand for this. I've experimented with using the TO/CC headers of emails, but this ends up sending the user your email AND the notification from Lighthouse. Their replies also go to you, and not Lighthouse. So, having some sort of command inside the email that Lighthouse can interpret would be preferable.3 Posted by Woody on 15 Feb, 2010 07:27 PM
agreed, a watch/notify command would be just what we need.
