User Access Levels
Some control over what different users can do would be nice. For instance we have people in our company who i'd like to give limited levels of access to. They'd need to be able to add a ticket, but not delete them, not add milestones, not assign tickets to users and not change the status of a ticket.
Are there plans to implement any such scheme?

Hey James,
I'm sorry, but at this point in time we do not have plans to add permission levels for different member types.
