Is there a way to assign tickets to people when you're creating a new ticket via email?
I really like the ability to email new tickets but the downside is I can't specify who to notify on the tickets so I have to go into Lighthouse and do that. This defeats the purpose of emailing in new tickets. Be great if there's a way to do assignments via email.
Posterous.com has a good method for assigning tags to new blog posts via emails. I simply add the following syntax to the end of the email subject line: ((tags: blah, nerd, geeks, another-tag))

You can! Actually you can do a number of things to your tickets via keywords: http://help.lighthouseapp.com/faqs/ticket-workflow/ticket-keyword-u...
Note that keywords need to be surrounded by [] brackets, like so:
[responsible:leo]
