Put new tickets at the bottom of a list
When I create a ticket and then reassign it, lighthouse is putting it at the top of the other person's list. We have a rule that what's at the the top of your list should be done first. It's how we prioritize.
But typically, recently assigned things are not a top priority
and we'd rather they went to the bottom of the list. Any opinion on
this?

Anthony -
You can set your own priority level on project tickets and that will override the natural sorting we do by created on date in Lighthouse. The search for
responsible:mewill always show the newest at the top but if you are in a milestone and do search forresponsible:me sort:priorityyou will will them in the order they have been moved, with the newest on the bottom.Hope that helps.
Thanks,
Nicole
