It may not be easy to
implement in a way where it's clear whether you're in the account
context or just a single project. Also, the eternal question is
really bigger than just Lighthouse. In a typical day I may get
requests from email, the forum, Highrise, in addition to
Lighthouse.

Ricktag:help.lighthouseapp.com,2008-09-20:Comment/110392008-04-29T08:32:42Z2009-06-20T20:56:15ZSingle-screen set/view of priorities

I agree with slowernet that the what should I do now
question is important.

I use LH when I work for one of my clients. They're an agency so
they have lots of things on the go at any given time, lots of
projects.

When I log in at the start of the day there's a nice page
telling me I have 5 open tickets but there's no link to display
them all, I have to go to each project and find the open
tickets.

Having that text at the top is frustrating because the system
knows the information I want to see but doesn't want to give it up
without a fight.

Tim Hardingtag:help.lighthouseapp.com,2008-09-20:Comment/110392008-04-29T08:34:34Z2009-06-20T20:56:15ZSingle-screen set/view of priorities

Basically, I would live out of an All Open Tickets page the cuts
across all projects.

Tim Harding
