Print Milestone Tickets (tag highlight)

Hi,

I've been printing a number of ticket updates from the milestone screens and it's nice that you've included a print.css file to lay out the pages nicely. However, there is no difference in the styling between the ticket name and the ticket tags. If you could put a background colour onto each tag, it would make the print out a lot more readable.
