Reverse sort?
As far as I know, there is currently no way to sort tickets from oldest previously updated to latest previously updated, one can only do "sort:updated".
It would be nice if I could do a reverse-sort or desc-sort and get the list in opposite order

Hi Travis,
We actually just deployed this feature this morning. It's still undocumented (which we're fixing!), but you can just add "+" or "-" to a sort option. For example, "sort:updated+".
Let us know if you have any issues at all.
