Sort options limit usability; would like to sort descending
Use case:
QA adds 20 tickets over a few days. I would like to start
from the oldest ticket and work backwards
Problem: Sorting is only enabled ascending, not descending. Each time I update a ticket (then click back to the ticket list, because ticket#update doesn't redirect to the previous ticket view... SO frustrating.), I have to scroll all the way down the page to find the oldest item.
Alternate use case:
QA adds 20 tickets over a few days. I would like to start
from the newest ticket and work forward.
Problem: As soon as I mark the ticket as updated (with more information, assign it, etc), the ticket pops to the top of the list. So I can't work from top-down either.
Seems like a pretty common use case -- wondering what use case Lighthouse is actually optimized for??

Hi David,
Thanks for the input. We added this feature in a deploy yesterday. You can now click the column headers to get a sorted list and append a +/- to any sort options to get them ascending or descending (e.g., "sort:updated+").
