Growl support for Lighthouseapp
I've got LighthouseApp set up to update every 5 mins or so — but it'd be really nice if Growl could alert me to new tickets.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

Growl depends on client side scripts that you would have to write. Since Growl runs on local computers, we can't exactly ping them when tickets are updated. Not everyone has a web server running, or the proper firewall settings, etc.
