Feature request: handle "reply all" case when creating tickets via email
Creating a ticket via email falls apart when other people are CCd on the initial email.
The first ticket is created just fine, but anyone who "Reply All"s to that initial email creates a new ticket, and things get messy really fast. While it would be a pain to implement (i.e. I don't envy you guys) it would be great if group replies were added as comments on the first ticket opened, rather than opening a bunch of new tickets.

We've done a lot of work on this in Tender, actually. It's pretty smart when it comes to replies like this. It's not tough to add to Lighthouse... though unfortunately it will require some DB maintenance and downtime.
