A newcomer is going to be confused by where to find things, like where to create a new ticket (it's not under the Tickets menu, nor is it next to other headings about creating New Pages, etc.) Screenshot attached to illustrate

Thanks for the suggestion. Is there any other things at the start? Or just the new ticket?

I like the large new ticket button. It doesn't take much time to learn it's location and the other things you mention are created less frequently.

Oh. I think the button should stay. I suppose I was looking for a "create ticket" option on the lefthand menu side, too, which is where I looked all over for a "create ticket" option. There is a [Tickets} menu over there with no "create ticket" option. There are "Create Page" (et alia) options over there. The newby eyes were looking in deep frustration for a way to create a ticket where it was logically the place to create things; not on the far right.

    Makes sense.

I would also like to add that its the other way around for milestones, which is especially confusing, since it breaks the previously established pattern. Wouldn't it make sense that if you browse to the milestones page you would more often want to create a new milestone than a ticket?
