Drag & Drop Attachments
One VERY helpful enhancement would be the ability to drag and drop attachments. If I have five files that need to go on a ticket (which I often do). It would be great just to drag all five in at once.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

We hope to add nicer multi-uploader features in the near future. Thank you for the feedback though. I'll pass this along to our UI crew.
