Suggestion to improve tagging support
I like the tag cloud that pops up when creating a new issue, but I think the tag cloud should pop up when clicking on the field, rather than after the first text is typed.
As it is, suppose I had a tag that I used all the time: "thisismytag". If I want to add the cloud by clicking in the tag cloud, I must click int he tag field and then begin entering something before the tag cloud comes up -- if I then click in the tag cloud on "thisismytag" it leaves whatever I was typing alone leaving me with the tags: "thi thisismytag".
It seems that either completing what was being written, or displaying the cloud tag earlier would make this part of entering a new ticket go much more smoothly.

I'll pass this on to our designer/JavaScript guys and see what they can do. Autocomplete seems to make sense to me, too.
