add support "Severity" for each ticket to help prioritize efforts.

I would REALLY like to see support for Severity and be able to set (and also change) the importance of each ticket. I used Mantis for years, and though it's interface is a bit clunky, it did have a few features that made it valuable to use, like Severity.

feature, trivial, text, tweak, minor, major, crash, block.

all basic concepts, but REALLY important.

You could go two ways. For paid accounts, you can enable priorities which lets you do something like that (but they're not customizable states).

What we do is actually skirt that and just use tags and ticket bins. This lets us do two-axis or whatever-axis classification. For example, maybe it's a severe blocker but also a missing feature or a tweak that's causing a crash. If someone is looking for something quick to do, then they could look up tweaks; if you just have one axis, then they wouldn't ever be able to see that because it would be tagged as a blocker rather a tweak.

I hope one of these options works for you!
