For paid accounts, you can enable
priorities which lets you do something like that (but they're not
customizable states).</p>
<p>What we do is actually skirt that and just use tags and ticket
bins. This lets us do two-axis or whatever-axis classification. For
example, maybe it's a severe blocker but also a missing feature or
a tweak that's causing a crash. If someone is looking for something
quick to do, then they could look up tweaks; if you just have one
axis, then they wouldn't ever be able to see that because it would
be tagged as a blocker rather a tweak.</p>
