merge, or resolve as duplicate, again
I saw that the discussion on merging tickets was closed, thought I'd open it to reinforce the request. Sure would be nice to be able to resolve a ticket as a duplicate of another, where there's a link to the 'duplicate of' ticket placed in the 'resolved duplicate' ticket, and vice-versa.
