CPAL v1.0 License
The CPAL v1.0 (Common Public Attribution License) is an Open Source Initiative approved free software license.
You currently support the Mozilla Public License, and the CPAL is almost identical to that license (aside from a new things), so I think that it should be a trivial decision to make to allow it as an option for new projects that are created.
For more information on what the CPAL is all about, see this guide.

Thanks for the suggestion! We don't add every OSS license in there to simply make it a little more navigable, but we'll add this one to the mix next time we discuss revising the list.
