Auto-watching tickets
I don't think this has already been suggested, but I apologize if it has been.
It would be very handy if I could specify to auto-watch all (new and existing) tickets of a project (or for all projects). At the moment, even though I try to constantly monitor the project overview, it can be tough to catch all of the comments that I should be reading. I can go through and watch each ticket as it's opened, but that can be a pain and I still may miss some. An auto-watch feature would keep me from missing anything.
It'd make me love Lighthouse even more :)

I agree this should be some sort of user option, when you can select an option such as this from your control panel for each individual project. However, i do manage between feeds and tickets I am involved with, but if I had a high volume and fast traffic for a project, something like this would be pretty nice to have.
