Project Template?
We want to use a "customized" setup for managing our projects. That is, we have a set of tickets bins, some new states, and so on. Is there any way of replicate the structure or configuration of a project to a new one as some kind of project template?

I'm sorry, at this point in time we don't have a workflow/template system that allows you to carry over the same settings/bin structure, etc.
