Can we set the default ticket view to "All Tickets" instead of "My Tickets"?
It would be nice to be able to see all tickets (or whatever other view I use most) without having to use the little drop-down menu. Can a default ticket view be set in the user prefs?

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

You can run a search for something like "state:open" and save it.
Name it, then set it as a default.
Now when you click the "Tickets" tab, it will default to that saved search for you.
as well as place a bin in your sidebar
We use ticket bins 99% of the time, it's entirely how I navigate around my Lighthouse projects. I don't think I even use the drop down ever.
