Batch download of ticket file attachments
I often get my client to upload/attach many files to a ticket.
It would be cool if I could batch download them or get them in a .zip the way that, for example, Gmail deals with multiple attachments.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

Thanks for the suggestion. That's actually a really interesting idea. I know we were wanting to start moving towards some better account/project management ideas and multi/handling attachments was part of that. I'll bring this up with the team and see what they think.
