Yahoo WIdget? OSX Widget?
One of the best features any Bug tracker can have is some kind of Widget. For instance, JIRA has a nice little widget:

SourceDepot has a awesome "Bugger" helper application, which is much like a Widget and it has nice "alerts/notifications" which help alert you that a bug is submitted without the typical E-mail box solutions. The e-mail solutions is sorta worthless these days because typically more programmers are so inundated with company spam that we close Outlook or whatever Mail browser.
Just my 2 cents.

We have plans for several different widgets and goodies in the near future, we have to finish up our API first. Hang tight, it's coming soon.
They could use the feed for the time being, there are many solution's which the feed could be plugged into.

Actually, our widget and API tools apply to http://tenderapp.com , my apologies for the confusion here.
You can use the Lighthouse API to create your own tool if you want, but we have some extra API goodies in the near future coming up and I will mention such a feature to the team.
Thank you for your input.
