Tagging via Email
So this sounds like it could get hairy and ugly, but is there anyway to tag a ticket that you submit via email? (I'm talking about some kind of indication in the email, title, etc that will tag the ticket once it's converted from email to ticket.)
I know stikkit does some crazy stuff like that...just searching for "TAGS:something, something else" somewhere within the text and then auto-creating tags. (Ok so I don't swear by that syntax, but I'm going to look it up now.)
It's not urgent, for now a "[Group/Tag] Ticket Title" in the subject of the email is what I'm using, but I'd love to take better advantage of the tagging system when submitting tickets via email.

Hey Mark,
We've got something like that on the TODO list. We hope to have it where you can control all aspects of a ticket via email.
