Assigning new tickets via email?
Our PM’s email Lighthouse for new tickets, but it seems like there should be a way to assign a ticket to a user with this method (excuse the rough example),
ie.
Subject: Fix table on real estate page Body:
For: Travis
I think we need to address this issue. Please fix.
By allowing some type of variable like “For” or whatever, the tickets can automatically get assigned to a user… this would be very valuable, plus, the notification email can automatically get sent.
Any chance of something like this getting added?

We're considering this, but we want to use the same keywords that changesets use. There's already some discussion of this.

Ya, the syntax doesn't matter to me, just the ability would be nice.
Groovy, hope to see it show up. Would certainly make life a bit easier around here!
