Repeat the "Back...Overview..." etc. navigation bar at bottom of ticket
This would be really useful. Having to scroll back up through a long ticket to use the handy "Back" link is kind of a pain.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

Thanks for the suggestion, I'll bring this up to the UI team next time we discuss Lighthouse additions and changes.
