@Ask, @Robby - All valid points. One problem people were
consistently reporting was difficulty finding the new ticket link.
We decided to make it stand out a little more so it's by far the
most performed action. I'll play with the design a little and see
if we can tone it down a little while still making it obvious how
you create a new ticket.
@Justin - that sounds more like a
educate-train-hints-suggestions for new users issue.
At least in my case I use the navigation, search and update
features much more than creating new tickets. (Like we have about a
thousand tickets and who knows how many updates and then many more
times we've browsed and reviewed the tickets -- creating them is
the least of it).
