ability to change default ticket view
Right now the default view for Tickets displays tickets assigned to the specific person. It would be great if we could change this default view to something our picking. For example, I'd prefer to select my default view to be "view all" instead.

You can use the Lighthouse search to set this.
Just run a search for
state:openand then save it, which will give you this:One of the check Make this my default filter? option to save it as the default for your /tickets tab.
