Using as Customer Support System?
Can we use LH as customer support system Example: customer contact us through contact-us form, and it comes as ticket to us.
I am evaluating some solution for all kinds of project lifecycle. We already use BaseCamp, subversion, Cerberus Helpdesk, and none of bug tracking.
Wht is public project? Is there any detailed documentation somewhere to refer?

Yep, that should be possible using the Lighthouse API.
Specifically see this page on tickets. Your web app would need to take the contents of the contact us form and post it to your Lighthouse instance to create a ticket.
