Make ticket title editing more intuitive

Hi Julien,

It's me again :p

So, it's rather awkward to need to scroll to the bottom of a ticket edit page to edit the title of ticket.

There is already a straightforward place that this function could live, that is the "Edit Ticket" interface, which as it is, only allows editing the ticket body.

From a UI/UX perspective, it's unclear why editing an element that normally shows up at the top of a page would need to be hunted down at the bottom to change. It took our team weeks to find this initially, and now that we know it's there, it's as odd of a place for it to live as ever (many months in).

It should be straightforward to allow editing the title field as well from this same, existing interface.

Let me know!

Best,
Chris
