Closing/lock tickets

We notice that a lot of our clients keep on posting in tickets, although we have changed the state to "resolved". Is it somehow possible to close or lock a ticket, so people cannot post anymore?

    Hey Roeland,

    Lighthouse doesn't support ticket locking or the like. Maybe send a gentle reminder to the other members regarding state:resolved wouldn't hurt ;)

    true, but it's also bit annoying to tell every client how the system works. People forget as well or are just lazy.

    We are probably reaching the stage were it's more attractive to build our own ticketing system or go for a more extensive one. We just need more features!
