Add the possibility to move a ticket to a different project and project milestone from the ticket
Today, we can only move a ticket using the bulk command. It
would be great to be able to do it individually from the ticket
itself.
For instance, the option could be added on the right of "Change
notifications...". From the new option, you would be able to move
the ticket to a different project and assign a milestone in the new
target project.
