Inconvenient placement of the Update Ticket form button
While it is common to place the final "Submit" button of a form at the bottom of the form, I find the placement of the "Update Ticket" button to be inconvenient for many of my updates. I often open a ticket just to change its status or milestone. Those fields are at the top of the page, but to change them I have to scroll all the way to the bottom to click update. When doing mass updates, this repetition gets tedious (and doesn't mesh well with an otherwise very streamlined user interface!). Please consider adding redundant submit buttons, perhaps one at the top as well as the one at the bottom.

Sorry I guess this also includes a request for an option to have the ticket properties (title, owner, milestone, and state) listed before the comments, with it's own submit button.

We'll probably be condensing the options that are not required as we plan on adding some additional options to the ticket such as who should be notified of updates. Once we condense these the submit button should be moved further up, however I don't believe the submit button should be above the form.
Thanks for the suggestion.
