Offline support
It would be HUGE if there were a way to work on tickets while offline. I spend a lot of time coding on airplanes, and it's really frustrating to not be able to see my tickets.
I know this is a big undertaking, so there will be wifi on every flight I take before you guys get around to implementing HTML5 offline data.... but I thought I'd at least throw it out there.

Unfortunately, it's probably true that wifi on all flights would happen before we'd get to implementing offline data. You could check out http://www.mcubedsw.com/software/lighthousekeeper. It's a 3rd party application and you would be able to work on your tickets offline.
Thanks,
Nicole
