AutoSave
I have worked on systems that have an "Autosave" feature that periodically does temporary saves of the edits that are being made. This feature remembers edits in case a user is accidentally dropped from the system (i.e. they close their web browser or time out). I would like to see such a feature in Lighthouse. Otherwise, my team has been making edits in Microsoft Word then cut-and-pasting their edits into Lighthouse. This is not how I want them to work but they fear losing work.

Thanks for the input, but I'm curious as to how you might be losing your work within Lighthouse? Connection problems or browser issues? In two years of Lighthouse use I might have lost my ticket content one or two times. I just wanted to know where your fear of losing data is coming from.
I'll bring this up with our developers though.
