Ticket categorization
It would be nice if we could categorize tickets. For example I would like to be able to group tickets into categories like bugs, improvements, new features, etc.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

We use tags for what you're describing. You can create any tag you'd like, save a search query as a ticket bin and you'll be able to see all the "Improvements" associated tickets in one list. Let us know if this works for your workflow.
