Hi - I find deleting tickets a real chore... we are using lighthouse for all our bug reports and feedback from users, but having to click the message, click the delete button AND click the confirmation button, before clicking back to the list is a really long-winded way of dealing with things...

Wouldn't it be better if we could delete tickets directly from the main dashboard list?

We have a mass edit system currently in the works, but as far as deleting tickets is concerned I don't foresee it changing at the moment. The confirm dialog is there for protection, and I can't say its extremely common workflow/demand to be deleting high volumes of tickets regularly.

Thanks for your input though. I'll pass it along to our developers and maybe we can work out some easier system in the UI. But I'd say once mass editing is completed and you can delete series of tickets at once, it should solve your problem.

Also, might i suggest Tender for your public support needs? We're in beta right now, but this system lets you keep using lighthouse for development and take public bugs/feedback. It lets you assign lighthouse tickets to Tender issues. http://tenderapp.com -- you're actually using it now. If you'd be interested in the private beta let me know, [email blocked]
