Links in tickets.
Wouldn't it be nice if links inside tickets opened by default in a new tab? It's just a matter of adding
<base target="_blank">
to the page's head.

Hi Davide,
This is something we've discussed before over the years and have decided against.
It's really easy to open links in a new window by apple/command+clicking the link or right-click on a PC. This allows each user to decide how they want to handle the page opening for themselves.
