It's
been used as one for many projects since it's launch. This is why
we created "Vox Populi", the system that we are using for this
discussion. It enables public and private discussions between
users, both logged in and anonymous, and will allow for integration
and consolidation of users issues within Lighthouse where you can
create tickets for your staff to resolve these issues.</p>

Vox Populi) should be happening any day. It is going to be a nice
companion app to Lighthouse and is better suited to the helpdesk
