Update Ticket button is inconveniently located
Members on our team have all complained about this. You type in an update, and the "Update Ticket" button is off the bottom of the screen. Can you maybe have it both above and below the comment area? It's irritating when crucial action buttons are below the fold.

Hi Rhett,
You can use Tampermonkey for Chrome, or Greasemonkey for Firefox, and install this user script. It's pretty low key, but it should do what you need.
Cheers.

Hi Rhett,
Just checking with you if that solution worked for you?
Thanks!

It was a clever idea, but I'm not going to tell the team to all install
Tampermonkey to fix a button that's off the screen.
I've been looking into some of your competition. Some of them pop up a
window when you update a ticket. That seems a bit much, but at least the
whole interface for updating a ticket is on the screen at once.

If you're just posting a quick comment, the way I do it is tab-enter (tab goes to next field, enter submits the form). This works pretty much anywhere and saves a bunch of time with moving back and forth from mouse to keyboard.

That's a good tip. Thanks.
