a couple of improvements
Functionality to be able to add people to the watchlist of a ticket. So for example I create a ticket, set person A as responsible for it, but also want to set person B to keep an eye on things.
Improved search/sorting functions. It would be good if you could search tickets by keywords, rather than just the tags. Would also be good if you could sort your list of tickets in order, by either milestone, last updated, alphabetically, or ticket number.
Ticket deadlines. This could go alongside milestones. Maybe for each ticket, be able to set either a milestone and/or a deadline date (date could be added to a ticket using a datepicker widget)

You can search for tickets by keywords. There's no keyword for it, just use something like "tofo tagged:cooking".
Ticket ordering would be good. There's a lot of things we could do, such as grouping by milestone, ordering by various fields, etc.
I'm not convinced at the other two features though. We'll see, I suppose...
