Custom Notice on Ticket Submission Page
I'd like to be able to put a notice at the top of the ticket submission page, for example to display special instructions on what information people should include in bug reports.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

The "Home" page provides a gateway to direct users to so the instructions can be listed from ones first entry to Lighthouse.

You can also add extra pages too. The Rubinius project has a lot of very useful pages for their developers.
