Emails to/from Lighthouse for Messages/Tickets
I can't seem to find this feature in Lighthouse. If there is one, please let me know. I would like to send email to Lighthouse for messages (in addition to tickets). The kb mentions only sending email for tickets to Lighthouse.
Also, when I create a ticket, I don't see an option to get a copy of the ticket via email. Is there an option for this in Lighthouse? Don't see anything in the settings for this. (This should also apply to messages created in Lighthouse as well.)

At this point in time, you cannot send in emails to create messages. We may implement more flexible emailing in the near future though. The messaging system is not integrated into email though.
When you create a ticket, you dont receive copies of your own tickets/replies, just users who have commented/replied to tickets you are watching/replied to.

If we can have these options in a future upgrade, that would be great. I like having emails of all project-related activity in a mailbox in my mail app. Having all Lighthouse activity in the same location with all the email correspondence on a project would be helpful.
